A Little About Travis

Travis Schreffler enjoys time spent in the outdoors. Hunting and fishing are his greatest passions; his wife and children are his greatest companions. So needless to say, Travis spends as much time as he possibly can in the woods with his family, foraging for wild mushrooms, hunting for wild asparagus, and catch as catch can for Northwest table fare.

Prior to joining Hawthorne Tile’s team Travis did an apprenticeship with a well-known artist in the Columbia River Gorge and, as well, studied Art in college. Travis brings his creative and inventive perspective and advanced technical skills to his tile work – since, unfortunately, he can’t bring his kids.
